Submit your best guess. The one who guesses the closest (but not over) number of chocolate kisses in the jar wins the kisses and 3 books about chocolate. Winner will be selected on Valentine’s Day at noon at the Rowayton Library. The jar filled with chocolate kisses is at the Circulation Desk at the Rowayton Library. This program is free and open to the public.
