we develop & grow. It also influences your health, energy levels &
attitudes. With Rowayton Gardeners’ own nutritionist Bridget Bennett,
kids prepare hands-on, fresh, fun snacks. We promise kids will give
healthy foods a chance, & find out all the amazing things these foods do
for our bodies.

Taste the Harvest: Pick then Make!
Gardening isn’t just about the planting & weeding...it is also about the
eating! It's time to reap the rewards from the Potting Shed garden. When
kids harvest & help prepare the food they gather from the garden, 9 out
of 10 Potting Shed experts find that they just can’t resist gobbling it up.
See what is in season & get ready to create the freshest snacks ever.
